How about giving your friends and family gifts for their pets this year? And I don’t mean expensive dog sweaters, glittery collars and other fancy things. A fun rubber chew toy might do the trick. A bag of favorite food or a day at the dog park with you and your dogs might be a good idea as well.
We love our animals, and we love our veterinarians. Give your vet a holiday card with a message of appreciation for all the hard work and care that goes into their profession.
If you are buying gifts this year, look for something not only affordable but meaningful. This is a good time to take care of those around us (including our pets) and plan for the future.
