We’ve heard a lot about “body language” in the past few years. But for the most part they’re talking about people. Did you know that animals, specifically dogs have body language as well? Yep, and you can learn to read their body language if you are at all observant.
Think how handy this would be if you’re trying to gauge the friendliness of a strange dog, or whether or not you should let your own pooch sniff noses with an unfamiliar dog. I, for one, would love to be able to tell what’s going on in that doggy mind just by watching the way he or she holds the head, the tail, the lips and so forth. I think every dog owner should learn these signs!
